RESOURCES AT THE READY:
Annual Report required by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

If you have 100 or more employees (50 or more if you happen to work on any federal contracts or subcontracts) you are required to file an online report known as the "EEO-1" by the end of September each year with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC.)

If you have 100 or more employees (50 or more if you happen to work on any federal contracts or subcontracts) you are required to file an online report known as the "EEO-1" by the end of September each year with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC.)

The report requires you to note the number of male and females your organization employs within seven general ethnic categories and detailed in ten different occupational groups.

Federal contractors and subcontractors -- regardless of the number of their employees -- must also file a report of their hiring and present employment of US military veterans, special disabled veterans and recently separated veterans.
