Cathy Westby joined Associated Industries in August 2011, to help A.I. better serve the needs of its members.  Cathy comes to A.I. with 15 years of human resources and training experience. She brings experience in high-tech and consulting companies, along with a background in customer service, project management, training development and communications.

She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters in Communications, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

In addition to providing member services, Cathy is focused on managing the member database, and updating the A.I. website.
