Valerie’s experience includes HR and Benefit Management in the manufacturing, customer service and high technology areas and the management of temporary staffing operations in Washington and Northern Idaho.

She earned her certificate as a Professional in Human Resources in 1998, and has a BA degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University. Val was born and grew up in Oxford England.

In addition to serving as Associated Industries Human Resources Manager, Val develops and delivers programs HR for members, including on-site HR leasing services.
