The Effective Lead-Worker

THIS TWO-PART SERIES is designed for lead workers and others, who have some responsibility for work beyond their own production but not the full range of authority of a supervisor. 
MAR 10: Clarifies the Role of the lead-worker, managing change, effective communication, managing your time and setting goals with your supervisor.
MAR 17: follows up on the goal setting skills, and provides the basics on motivating others, performance measurement and feedback and provides models for solving problems and employee on-the-job training.
